I assume this would also apply for other countries since they have to deposit/withdraw in their origins currency. My moneybookers account is in USD so I would take a conversion fee hit for both deposits and withdrawals.
I'm forced to deposit in CND and apparently the payout is also in CND. I just recently signed up for an account at Bodog and I noticed that as a Canadian, they don't allow you to deposit in the poker room's currency which is USD - which doesn't make sense.
